Jay Allen Sears

Jay Allen Sears worked as a Naval Aviator for the US Department of the Navy from 1966 to 1987.
He then worked as an Assistant Professor at the United States Naval Academy from 1976 to 1979.

as the Director-Center for Advanced IT.
He then worked as the Director-Software Engineering Center at The MITRE Corp.
from 1990 to 1994.
From 1995 to 1999, he worked as a Program Manager & Assistant Director at the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
He also served as the Vice President at the Corporation for National Research Initiatives.
Sears earned an undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy, a graduate degree from Naval Postgraduate School, an MBA from George Washington University, and a doctorate from the University of Arizona.
