Jacob Rasetlhake Daniel Modise

Jacob Rasetlhake Daniel Modise is the founder of Batsomi Investment Holdings Pty Ltd. He currently holds the position of Chairman at the National Energy Regulator of South Africa.

He was also the Chief Operating Officer at Johnnic Holdings Ltd. Furthermore, he is a Member of The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Modise completed his undergraduate studies at the University of the Witwatersrand and obtained an MBA from Wits Business School.
