Stout is President of ING USA Annuity & Life Insurance Co. He has been Chief Executive Officer of ING Australia since April, 2008.
Mr. Stout joined ING in 2004 as Head of the Retail Annuity Business Group and in 2007 was promoted to Head of ING's Wealth Management Market Segments.
Previously, he worked at Old Mutual US Holdings, Inc., Fidelity & Guaranty Life Assurance Co., United Pacific Life Insurance Co., Inc., and KPMG LLP.
Mr. Stout has over 25 years of experience in financial services working for major US and international organizations.
He received a Business degree from Drexel University, Philadelphia.
