Columbia Wanger provides professional management of global equity assets using in-house resources to seek superior long-term results. The firm follows a fundamental, research-intensive investment style characterized by unconventional stock picking and a multi-year time horizon. Their investment style can be best described as growth at a reasonable price (GARP). CWAM invests client assets in certain small to medium-cap companies, both US and foreign, that they believe have growth potential, financial strength and fundamental value. Although the firm invests their managed assets primarily in equity securities, they may also invest in other types of securities.

WMC relies on their extensive independent research and includes portfolio management styles and approaches in equities, fixed income securities, currencies and commodities, as well as asset allocation across these categories. The firm has several different disciplines when approaching research and these include asset allocation analysts, currency analysts, data scientists, factor analysts, fixed income credit analysts, fixed income market analysts, global industry analysts and research associates, macro-analysts, quantitative analysts and technical analysts.

MIM Public Fixed Income is primarily a bottom-up, fundamental research-based business unit. MIM Index Strategies offers investors passively managed equity portfolios that seek to track the total returns of strategy-specific market indices.
