Douglas J. Crook

Mr. Crook is a seasoned software analyst who began his career on Wall Street in 1992.
His sell-side experience includes emerging growth and bulge bracketsectors.
He has worked as a Senior Analyst with Montgomery Securities and as a Senior Vice President with Prudential Securities.
Mr. Crook most recently served as Supervisory Analyst for NYSE-member firm Moors & Cabot.
Mr. Crook's Wall Street career followed more than a decade of industry experience.
He served as a Senior Industry Analyst at (Gartner) Dataquest, a high-tech market research firm, and prior to that, in IBM's field marketing organization, as a technical consultant and then in sales.
Prior to graduate school, Mr. Crook acted as a Design Engineer at General Dynamics Corporation.
Mr. Crook earned his B.S.
in Aerospace Engineering at Pennsylvania State University and his M.B.A. at the University of California, Berkeley.
