Dana Norris

Dana Norris joined Tishman Speyer in 2002 and currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the firm.
Dana works with Tishman Speyer’s senior management on effective leadership as the firm continues to innovate, grow and diversify.
Dana is Chair of the Compensation Committee and is also a member of the ESG Committee.
Prior to her current role as Senior Advisor, she was Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Culture, Human Capital Strategy, and Marketing, spearheading corporate culture, leading the implementation of several global communications, knowledge-sharing, and employee engagement initiatives across the company.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, she was at McKinsey & Co. for 14 years, first as a management consultant and then leading professional development and staffing in New York.
Dana is a leader with Sharsheret, a national non-profit.
She currently serves on the honorary advisory board and was a prior Board President.
Dana graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a BA in ergonomics and received an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
