Dan Streeter

Mr. Streeter co-founded SPP Mezzanine Partners in 2003.
He is also a Managing Partner of SPP Capital Partners, where he manages the firm’s capital raising activities.
He has extensive expertise in reviewing, structuring and executing a broad array of private debt and equity transactions, including over $500 million of mezzanine debt securities.
Prior to joining SPP Capital, he worked as an investment banker for the Bigelow Company, a middle market merger and acquisition advisory firm.
Mr. Streeter has also worked as an Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (an affiliate of the World Bank), a position in which he had responsibility for both debt and equity investments in emerging market private sector corporations.
Earlier in his career, he had been a commercial lending officer in Chemical Bank’s Corporate Banking Group.
Mr. Streeter holds an M.B.A. degree from the Yale University School of Management and is a cum laude graduate of Colgate University.
