Dan Kotynski

Mr. Kotynski has spent almost his entire career either operating or investing in mid-market companies both in private equity and industry.
Prior to Concentric, he managed a $200 million portfolio of equity, mezzanine and senior debt instruments for Steelcase Inc. Formerly, Mr. Kotynski was an investor in and Chief Financial Officer of the TLC Group, Inc., a nationwide third party logistics provider of turnkey distribution solutions.
His initial private equity experience was with Golder Thoma Cressey Rauner Inc., a leading private equity group in Chicago.
He began his career at Ernst & Young and is a certified public accountant.
Mr. Kotynski received a B.S.
from DePaul University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
