Cathy James Hart

Cathy James Hart is currently the Vice President of Business Services Group at Xcel Energy Services, Inc. She is also the Vice President of Corporate Services at Xcel Energy Foundation, a member of Ethics & Compliance Officer Association, a trustee of Women's Foundation of Colorado, Women's Forum of Colorado, and Colorado Ethics in Business Leadership Council.
In the past, she has worked as a Director at The American National Red Cross, Mile High United Way, Inc., Samaritan Institute, Inc., Girl Scouts Fair Winds Council, Inc., and Mile High Chapter of The American Red Cross.
She has also served as the Corporate Secretary at New Century Energies, Inc. and as the Secretary & Vice President of Business Services Group at Xcel Energy, Inc. She was a Vice President at The American Society of Sydney and a trustee at Society for Corporate Governance, Inc. She completed her undergraduate degree from The Ohio University.
