Bill J. Scott

Mr. Scott has extensive years of experience in human resources and financial and operations management.
He recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at New World Pasta, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ebro Puleva Grupo.
Prior to joining New World Pasta, he spent most of his career as Vice President of Human Resources and CHRO for the Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co., a diversified privately held company with multiple operating businesses in the consumer products manufacturing, radio broadcasting, cable communications and internet and real estate industries.
With leadership responsibilities for the organization's human resources management, Mr. Scott was involved in the planning and due diligence of acquisitions and divestiture transactions for Susquehanna throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
Mr. Scott received his BS in Management & Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Human Resources Management from LaSalle University.
He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
Mr. Scott serves on the boards of directors of WellSpan Health.
He serves on the advisory boards of the Susan P.
Byrnes Health Education Center in York and the York-Adams Area Council, Boy Scouts of America.
