Walrus Partners employs fundamental research to identify investment opportunities primarily in US stocks. The firm looks for inefficiencies in markets—situations where the market prices of certain investment securities have deviated from the true discounted value of their future cash flows. They generally limit their money management to mutual funds, equities, bonds, debt securities, exchange traded funds (ETFs), hedge funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), government securities and cash. Walrus Partners may use other securities as well to help diversify a portfolio when applicable.
