Ronny Chatterjee

Ronny leads Capital Markets at Companyon Ventures.
He works closely with Companyon’s portfolio to create a long-term capital strategy and quarterbacks the portfolio’s follow-on equity financings, venture debt solutions, and liquidity events.
Ronny also oversees deal sourcing for Companyon through its deal feeder network and the firm’s fundraising and investor relations function.
Prior to Companyon, Ronny was on the Capital Markets team at OpenView Venture Partners.
Before OpenView, Ronny was a founding member of Cambridge Associates’ (CA) direct investment & co-investment practice focusing on venture capital and private equity transactions.
During his time, he executed almost 50 transactions and invested $1.2B on behalf of CA’s clients.
Ronny also served as a member of CA’s private investment valuation committee.
He began his career on the investment team at Main Street Resources (MSR), a growth equity firm providing capital to family-owned businesses, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing investment opportunities.
In his free time, you can find Ronny competing on the tennis courts, collecting and traveling in search of great wine, or discovering new restaurants in Boston.
