Ronald H.
Bissinger has been Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Innotech Corp.

From 2003 to 2006, he was an Independent Consultant of Alpha Innotech and Chief Financial Officer of Accela from 2003 to 2004.
From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Bissinger was Executive Vice President of PointBase, Chief Financial Officer of Lexar from 1999 to 2001 and Vice President of Finance and Business Development and Chief Financial Officer of Ultradata from 1998 to 1999.
He worked at Exxon, General Electric and Siemens.
Mr. Bissinger received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California-Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Denver.
