Robert M. McNamara

Robert M.
McNamara, Jr. is Senior Vice President of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer for Career Education Corp., which he joined in August 2004.
He was a Partner of Manatt, Phelps and Phillips and a Managing Director of Manatt Jones Global Strategies.
Previously, Mr. McNamara was General Counsel to the Central Intelligence Agency.
Before joining the CIA, he served as Assistant General Counsel for Enforcement at the Department of the Treasury.
He was an Adjunct Professor of Law in Trial Practice at the Georgetown University Law Center for 12 years.
He received a BA from Mount Carmel College, an AB from John Carroll University and a Law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
