Rich DiDonato

Mr. DiDonato became an Operating Partner with Falconhead Capital in 2007 and brings a wealth of experience in developing and growing retail businesses.
He was most recently Founder and Managing Partner of Saugatuck Retail Group, a business focused on brand development, turnarounds and improving profitability.
In 1999, Mr. DiDonato served as Interim President and General Manager of Danskin, Inc., where he was credited for the turnaround of its retail division.
From 1996-1999, he was Division Vice President of Finance, Real Estate and Construction of Coach, Inc. during which time sales grew from $190 million to $450 million.
At Coach, he developed the infrastructure to facilitate rapid store expansion and opened over 100 stores.
Prior to that, Mr. DiDonato held various executive positions with London Fog, Melville Corporation and TLC Beatrice International Foods.
He began his career as a Senior Consultant in the Entrepreneurial Services Group of Ernst & Young.
Mr. DiDonato received his MBA & BS in Finance from Babson College.
