Raoul J. Baxter

Raoul J.
Baxter is Vice President of Corporate Development for John Morrell & Co. He joined John Morrell & Co. in 1987 as Executive Vice President.
Mr. Baxter is an Executive Director on the Board of Directors of the American Meat Institute as well as Director of the Meat Export Federation and Carl Akey Company.
He is a Member of the Federal, Ohio and Cincinnati Bar Associations.
Previously, Mr. Baxter was an Animal Nutritionist and Sales Manager for the Bi-County Farm Bureau, the Indiana Farm Bureau Co-op.
He was Senior Vice President of Kahn's and Co. Mr. Baxter served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Smithfield International, Inc. He attended Executive Business Program at the University of Cincinnati in 1983 and an Executive Business Development Program at the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University in 1984.
Mr. Baxter received a degree in History, Russian Language and Biology from Centre College of Danville, Kentucky in 1970 and a degree in Animal Nutrition from the University of Kentucky in 1974 as well as a Juris Doctor from the Chase College of Law in 1982.
