Prior to joining EdgePoint, Mr. Lai was a Regional Associate, Sales at Invesco Trimark (formerly AIM Trimark Investments and Trimark Investment Management) where he worked from September 2000 to May 2009.
Mr. Lai was responsible for building and maintaining relationships and supported financial advisors in the South-Western and Niagara Ontario region.
Mr. Lai earned an Honours BA (economics) degree from the University of Western Ontario.
He has completed the Canadian Securities Course and is working towards his real estate license.
