Neil Beaton

Mr. Neil Beaton is a Partner & Chief Investment Officer at AlTi Wealth Management (UK) Ltd. He did a three years training as an analyst at J Henry Schroder Wagg & Co, and joined SG Warburg, later to become Mercury Asset Management (MAM), as an investment manager specialising in US equities.
He was CIO of the Global Equity team when MAM was acquired by Merrill Lynch in 1998 and spent a further three years at Merrill Lynch until 2001.
Mr. Neil Beaton was Partner in charge of Deloitte's Investment Advisory business until 2011 when he led a management buyout to form Alvarium Investment Advisors UK Ltd. Mr. Neil Beaton left Manchester University in 1983 where he received a joint honours degree in Economics and Agricultural Economics.
