Michael Chard

Mr. Chard, aged 46, has been Vice President of Materials of the Company since July 28, 2000.
From February 1999 to July 28, 2000, he held various management positions with the Company in planning, quality assurance, and materials.
From January 1997 to January 1999, he was Vice President of Product Delivery at Wang Global and its predecessor Olivetti North America.
From 1983 to 1996, he held various management positions in finance, marketing, and operations at ISC Systems, the predecessor to Olivetti North America.
He holds a BA Degree in Business and Accounting from Washington State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
