The Honor Foundation is a career transition program for special operations forces that helps them transition to the private sector and become corporate and community leaders. The private company is based in San Diego, CA and has campuses in various locations across the United States, including Camp Lejeune, Fort Liberty, Eglin, Tampa, JBLM, Fort Campbell, and a virtual program (THFV). The program is three months long and includes tailored executive education, one-on-one coaching, and access to a nationwide professional network. The Navy SEAL Foundation is a founding partner of The Honor Foundation. The company was founded by Joe Musselman and the CEO is Matt Stevens.
