Kenneth A. Hawkins

Prior to joining Normandy, he was responsible for the management of the 800,000 square foot former Starco Properties Portfolio, purchased by Normandy in December 2006.
Mr. Hawkins has years of real estate experience.
He was formerly a vice president and asset manager for Real Estate Capital Partners, a private New York real estate investment firm, with responsiblility for a nationwide portfolio of office and multi-family assets.
Prior to that, he was a managing director and asset manager for the Riggs Bank Trust Division, responsible for an office and industrial portfolio for the Multi-Employer Property Trust.
He is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia and has served as an expert witness for landlord/tenant matters before the Circuit Courts of Loudoun County, VA and Baltimore County, MD.
He is a 25-year member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, a Certified Property Manager, and was the 2001 president of IREM Northern Virginia Chapter 77 and member of their national governing council.
He received his B.S.
in Business Administration (cum laude) and MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts.
