José Guilherme Lembi de Faria

Mr. Faria has been Manging Director of Banco Bradesco since March 1999.
He began his career in January 1967 at Banco Mineiro do Oeste S.A.
acquired by Banco Bradesco S.A.
in 1973.
From September 1981 to March 1993, he was General Manager of the New York Branch.
He returned to Brazil and was elected a Regional Director.
In February 1995, he became a Department Director and in March 1998, Associate Executive Officer.
He is Member of the Managing Body of Fundação Bradesco and the Board of Directors of the Foundation Institute for Digestive System and Nutrition Diseases.
He is also Chief Executive Officer of Banco Bradesco Argentina S.A., Executive Vice President of Bradesco Services Co. Ltd., Treasury Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Boavista Banking Limited and Officer of Cidade Capital Markets Ltd.
He Graduated in Economy from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
