Mr. McNulty has over 13 years of private equity experience.
From 1991 to 2004, he was with another Chicago-based private equity fund.
He has had direct responsibility for the full spectrum of private equity investment management including capital formation, generation of investment opportunities, transaction processing, due diligence, portfolio management and investment exits.
Mr. McNulty has investment and board level experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, publishing and shipping.
Prior to entering the private equity industry in 1991, Mr. McNulty spent ten years in commercial and corporate banking.
From 1983 to 1987 he was in the corporate banking department of The Bank of Nova Scotia and from 1988 to 1990 he was in the corporate banking department of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
At both institutions he structured leveraged buy-out and acquisition financings for large corporate clients.
Mr. McNulty graduated with an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
