Hatab has been Treasurer and a Principal of Gotham Capital Associates LLC since 2004 and a Director of General Maritime Corp.
since September, 2004 and Papa John's International, Inc. since June 22, 2006.
Mr. Hatab is a Director of Aegean Marine Petroleum Network, Inc. Prior to joining Gotham Capital Associates, he was Managing Partner of Business Development for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2001 to 2004 and Chief Executive Officer from 1990 to 2001.
Mr. Hatab received a BS degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from Seton Hall University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
