Mr. Terjesen joined Hercules in January 2008.
Prior to Hercules, he initiated early stage investments in the wireless, semiconductor and digital media sectors as a Principal with Revolution Ventures.
He also managed QUALCOMM’s strategy and M&A initiatives as a member of the Strategic Finance team.
Prior to QUALCOMM, he pursued venture and growth equity investments at HarbourVest Partners.
His experience at HarbourVest included investment and advisory work with early stage software and services companies.
He began his career in Robertson Stephens’ technology group (now RS Investment Management Co. LLC), where he completed public and private financings that raised more than $1.5 billion for communications equipment, internet and software companies.
Mr. Terjesen earned a B.A. with honors in Government from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Joseph Wharton Fellowship.
