Douglas E. Lenart

Mr. Lenart joined Triton Partners in 2002.
Prior to joining Triton Partners, Mr. Lenart spent six years at GE Capital Corporation.
As a Senior Investment Analyst in the High Yield Investments Group, he was responsible for the metals and mining, capital goods, transportation, consumer products, and lodging and gaming sectors.
Previously, as a Vice President of the Capital Markets Services Group, Mr. Lenart provided securities’ structuring, pricing, and risk management services to other units of GE and GE Capital.
From 1989 to 1994 he was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group of Prudential Securities Incorporated.
Mr. Lenart received his A.B.
in Economics, Cum Laude from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A.
from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
