Brad J. Pickard

Mr. Brad J.
Pickard is a Principal at Access Value Investors LLC.

Mr. Pickard has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions and in procuring, structuring and executing a wide variety of transactions.
Prior to joining AVI, Mr. Pickard was one of the founding partners of Blue Diamond, a distressed, middle market loan hedge fund.
Previously, he was a partner in the mergers and acquisitions departments at Houlihan, Lokey, Howard and Zukin from 2003 to 2007 and Wasserstein Perella & Co. / Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein from 2000 to 2002.
From 1994 to 2000 Mr. Pickard held various positions at Wasserstein Perella & Co. He began his investment banking career at Salomon Brothers in their Financial Institutions and Corporate Finance Groups, where he worked from 1990 to 1993.
From 1986 to 1988, he was an acquisition analyst at Amli Realty.
Mr. Pickard holds an A.B. in Economics and English from the University of Michigan (1985) and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago (1990).
