Andy Attinson

Mr. Attinson has many years of experience in the field of mixed use development in major cities and communities across the United States.
Prior to joining O'Connor in 2005, he was a Senior Partner, was responsible for the Development Consulting Group at Street-Works, LLC, based in White Plains, NY.
Mr. Attinson's work has centered on the integration of residential, retail, office and /or hospitality uses in creating street driven, pedestrian friendly, "place" oriented environments.
His experience has varied from urban infill projects to large-scale, master planned Town Centers, Lifestyle Centers and Main Streets.
Mr. Attinson is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Architecture (M.Arch 1983) and Environmental Design (BA 1979).
