Aaron wee

Aaron Wee General Counsel Aaron Wee is the General Counsel of the Clermont Group.
Prior to joining Clermont, Aaron was General Counsel of a private equity investment firm and Head of Legal for one of Singapore’s largest listed companies.
He has close to two decades of legal experience, focusing on M&A and structured finance.
Aaron began his legal career in the London office of Clifford Chance and has also held positions at Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital.
Aaron is qualified to practice law in England and Wales and in Singapore.
He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London and a Graduate Diploma in Singapore Law from the National University of Singapore.
