Wilson Lowery

Mr. Lowery is the President of WLLP Capital, a financial management and reengineering consulting firm.
During the past two and a half years, Mr. Lowery was the Executive Assistant Director for Administration for the FBI, reporting directly to the Director, Robert S.
Mueller, III.
He was responsible for all financial management and accounting, human resources, administration, internal security, computer operations, computer development and reengineering.
In July 2004, he was recognized by Director Mueller and Attorney General Ashcroft for his contributions to the FBI and the Department of Justice.
Mr. Lowery retired from IBM after thirty years of service in October, 1998.
His last position at IBM was Chairman of IBM Credit Corporation and General Manager of Global Financing.
From 1994 to 1995 he was IBM Vice-President of Quality and Reengineering, responsible for the global reengineering of IBM and quality management of IBM's products and services.
From 1991 to 1994 he was IBM Vice-President and Senior Managing Director of Finance and Planning for Asia Pacific based in Tokyo, Japan.
Prior to 1991, Mr. Lowery held a variety of financial executive and managerial positions in various divisions of IBM, including services, manufacturing, software development and hardware development divisions.
These assignments were located throughout the United States and Europe where Mr. Lowery lived in France.
Mr. Lowery holds a BS and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
