Previously, Dr. Shukla was President of F.R.I.
Enterprises LLC from 1985 to 2003.
He served as Corporate Manager-Research & Development, Technical Service and Engineering for Krause Milling Company from 1973 to 1984.
Dr. Shukla served as Associate Director-Research and Planning for Phelco-Land O'Lake from 1969 to 1973.
He was Quality Control Incharge for the National Dairy Research Institute, India.
Dr. Shukla was a third party expert for International Finance Corporation/Word Bank from 1991 to 2001.
