Tom R. Errath

Mr. Tom R.
Errath is Senior Vice President at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC.
Prior to Harrison Street, Mr. Errath was general manager at Brunswick Corporation where he started and led the first marina investment program undertaken by a boat manufacturer.
In this role, he evaluated opportunities throughout every major boating market in the U.S.
and ultimately made investments in five marinas in the United States and Mexico.
This unique program secured valuable coastal boat slips for Brunswick’s customers to utilize in constrained markets.
He also served as Brunswick’s director of corporate business development where he executed mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures with a variety of marine, manufacturing and service companies.
During this time period he was also a board member of the Igloo Products Corporation.
Previous to that, Mr. Errath was a vice president and portfolio manager at Heitman Capital Management where he was responsible for pension fund investment portfolios.
Mr. Errath has a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the JL Kellogg School of Management.
