Todung Mulya Lubis

Todung Mulya Lubis is the founder of Lubis Santosa & Maramis, a law firm he established in 1990 where he served as a Senior Partner until 2018.
He also founded PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk in 2023, where he currently serves as an Independent Commissioner.
In 1980, he served as the Director of Legal Aid Institute Jakarta until 1983.
He also served as an Independent Commissioner at PT Sumberdaya Sewatama.
Mr. Lubis received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, his graduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his doctorate from UCLA School of Law in 1990.
He also received a graduate degree from UCLA School of Law in 1978, a graduate degree from the University of Indonesia in 1974, and a graduate degree from the University of California.
Additionally, he received a graduate degree from Harvard Law School in 1988.
