Ting Ru Liu

Mr. Liu is well respected and networked in the Chinese IT industry where he spent 15 years of his career.
Immediate before Infotech Pacific Ventures, Mr. Liu was Managing Director of Infotech Ventures Company, Director of the Economic Policy Department of Ministry of Information Industry (MII); Executive Secretary for Vice Minister of MII and Department Head of National Investment Corporation.
His expertise spans from IT policy, executive management to investments in Software and Semi-Conductor industries.
Mr. Liu attended Peking University and was a visiting Scholar at Stanford University, he holds a BS and an MBA.
Mr. Liu serves as Chairman and Managing Partner in IPV Capital Co Ltd.
