Tim Hext

Mr. Tim Hext is a Head of Government Bond Strategies at Pendal Group Ltd.
He joined the firm in February 2017 with responsibility for managing Australian Bond portfolios.
He has over 26 years of banking, financial markets and funding experience.
Mr. Hext joined the firm from NSW Treasury Corporation (TCorp), where he was General Manager, Funding and Balance Sheet, with responsibility for defining and executing TCorp’s funding programme and strategy.
His prior experience includes senior positions in Westpac Treasury, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Deutsche Bank, Bain & Co and Swiss Bank Corporation.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a Masters of Economics from the Australian National University.
