Thomas Strong Gilbert

Mr. Thomas S.
Gilbert, Sr. is Founder & Managing Partner of Wainscott Capital Partners.
He is also Senior Advisor at Brooks Houghton & Co. (Private Equity).
Prior to joining Brooks, Houghton, he was a Managing Director, Venture Capital, at Loeb Partners Corporation, where he originated a broad range of successful private equity investments.
Prior to Loeb Partners, he was a Vice President and Manager of the Public Finance department at Allen & Company, Inc. He is the Co-Founder of Syzygy Therapeutics, a late-stage bio-pharmaceutical private equity fund, and the Founder of Knowledge Delivery Systems, a leading provider of online teacher educational programs, where he served as Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Gilbert is a graduate of Princeton University, with a BA from The Woodrow Wilson School of International Affairs, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
