Thibault Jarlegant

Thibault participates in due diligence, execution and asset management for Northleaf’s infrastructure investments in the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2023, Thibault was a Director at a mid-market infrastructure fund where he focused on transactions in the utilities, energy, transport, telecommunications and social infrastructure sectors in Europe.
Previously, Thibault worked in leveraged finance at Citigroup where he arranged and structured leveraged buyout transactions and financings.
He started his career at CIC Corporate Bank working in business development strategy.
Thibault received a Masters of European Business from ESCP Business School and a Masters of Mechanical Engineering from INSA (National Institute of Applied Sciences).
