Mr. Sylwester Janik has more than 10 years of experience in strategic management, new business development, M&A and Venture Capital/Private Equity investments.
Before joining MCI Group as Associate Partner he was Director of Strategy & Development at ATM SA, Polish IT stock listed company, where he also managed the company's corporate venturing program i.e.
strategic investments in companies developing innovative technologies.
He was also a VicePresident of mPay - ATM's portfolio company that has launched a mobile payment service in Poland.
Prior to ATM SA, he worked as strategy and management consultant, project manager and director of business development for such companies as PricewaterhouseCoopers, London, UK and Lockheed Martin in Poland.
He is a graduate of Gdansk University (Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Management).
He also holds a MBA in Strategic Management of Technology and e-business from Cass Business School in London, UK.
