In 2008, Tsubaki founded the Asia Africa Investment and Consulting (AAIC) and was appointed Representative Director and Partner.

Tsubaki is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Professor at the Business Breakthrough University.
Tsubaki graduated from The University of Tokyo College of Arts and Sciences.
