Ltd., founded jointly in 2003 by Great Wall Securities Co. Ltd, Invesco Ltd., Kailuan (Group) Co. Ltd., and Dalian Shide Group Co., Ltd. Headquartered in Shenzhen with branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, IGW-IM is the first Sino-US fund management company in China. They manage a range of open-ended funds featuring different risk/return profiles.

Penghua Fund Management Co., Ltd. (Penghua) is an independent Chinese investment management firm which was founded in 1998 to manage third party asset, principally through equities and fixed-income. In 2007 they set up a joint venture with Eurizon Financial Group (Intesa Sanpaolo), selling half of their capital to the Italian firm and Guosen Securities Co. Ltd. Headquartered Shenzhen, Penghua manages a range of mutual funds, including open- and closed-end funds, for institutional and retail investors.

(CR Trust) is the investment advisory subsidiary of China Resources Co., ultimately held by China State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission in China. Formerly known as Shenzhen International Trust & Investment Co Ltd., the firm was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Shenzhen.
