Stewart Brentnall

Mr. Stewart Brentnall is Chief Investment Officer at ANZ New Zealand Investments Ltd.
He took up the position of Global Chief Investment Officer in July 2012.
The function will deliver an overarching investment strategy, including responsibility for asset allocation, investment themes, investment manager and product selection and monitoring.
He was previously employed as Chief Investment Officer for ANZ owned OnePath Australia since February 2010.
Mr. Brentnall spent over 22 years in the investment management industry, including senior roles at BT Financial Group, Queensland Investment Corporation, Goldman Sachs, and Schroder Investment Management.
He has been an analyst and fund manager for Australian and Global Equity portfolios as well as Multi-manager funds.
Over his career he has been located in Sydney, Brisbane and London.
Mr. Brentnall has an honours degree in economics and he is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of FINSIA.
