Steve is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Trive Capital.

Prior to his role at Hosting, Steve practiced law with a large international law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and corporate matters.
From 2014 to 2016, Steve was an adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he taught a course on private equity.
Steve received his J.D.
with honors from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A.
from the College of William & Mary.
