Stephen Cramer

Mr. Cramer, a Senior Vice President and Sales Manager for Colliers Seeley's South Bay Office, received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of Southern California majoring in Finance & Accounting.
Upon graduation Mr. Cramer joined American Airlines in Revenue Accounting in New York City as a management trainee and later was promoted to a line supervisor in Universal Air Travel Plan Accounting.
Subsequent to spending three years in New York City, Mr. Cramer transferred back to Los Angeles as a Flight Service Director in the Los Angeles area.
In 1989, Mr. Cramer left Coldwell Banker and joined Colliers Seeley, a real estate brokerage firm based in Los Angeles.
As Senior Vice President/Sales Manager, Mr. Cramer is responsible for overseeing all client accounts in the South Bay marketplace for Colliers Seeley.
Since becoming a commercial broker in 1976, Mr. Cramer has been involved in over 3.5 million square feet of office transactions, been involved in project leasing of over 30 low, mid and high rise buildings in excess of 6.2 million square feet, have been involved in over 224 acres of land sales and sold more than 1.6 million square feet of commercial buildings.
Current business activities include representing national companies, counseling and solving real estate problems, working with developers, finding major land sites, representing owners as leasing and sales agents, and working with the sale of investment properties.
