Prior to joining Sowell & Co., Mr. Tracy spent 14 years with the Perot family, including nine years as the Director of Tax for Hillwood Development.
Prior to that, Mr. Tracy worked for six years in public accounting, specializing primarily in real estate and personal financial planning for Ernst & Young in Dallas, and Arthur Andersen in Albuquerque.
Mr. Tracy graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1986 with a BBA in Accounting, and in 1987 received an MBA from Notre Dame with an emphasis in Taxation.
