Sarah Burnett

Ms. Sarah Burnett is Lead Research Analyst at Ovum Europe Ltd.
She moved to Ovum after it integrated Butler Group into its own business brand to give their clients an access to a wider and deeper technology research that draws on its collaborative intelligence approach.
She has worked in IT for over 20 years.
Prior to joining Ovum she worked in the public sector as an e-government program manager.
Prior to that she held a variety of posts in the financial, telecoms and IT manufacturing sectors, with responsibilities that ranged from software development and consultancy to project and departmental management.
She also provides expert analysis of public sector IT developments and trends.
She has co-authored a number of in-depth reports for Ovum Butler Group and, most recently, led the research and production of the business intelligence (corporate performance management) report that examined leading BI and CPM products, the market landscape, and emerging trends.
Ms. Burnett holds a BSc in Physics and Electronics as well as an MSc in Applied and Modern Optics.
She is a member of the British Computer Society.
