Rose Marrelli

Rose Marrelli joined Cisco Systems Canada Co. in 1998 and has more than 18 years experience in Human Resources Management.
In her current position as HR Manager, Rose is responsible for organizational strategy, organizational effectiveness, change management and operational requirements directly related to driving business strategy.
Rose has been instrumental in streamlining Human Resource processes within the Canadian organization.
She has led several HR e-enablement projects that have resulted in the successful delivery of employee services such as employee benefits and performance assessment through automated web based tools.
Prior to joining Cisco, Ms. Marrelli held HR positions at Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd.
and Eaton's, where in both capacities she focused on program development to drive employee retention and increased revenues.
She has also run her own business in the hospitality industry for several years.
In addition to her extensive Human Resources experience, Rose has a Canadian Human Resource Management (CHRM) designation from the Joseph L.
Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and an Honours BA in Languages from the University of Toronto.
She also serves as a board member for the Software Human Resources Council of Canada.
Rose currently resides in Thornhill, Ontario with her husband, son and daughter.
