Mr. Robert M.
Holt is Managing Partner at Holt Capital Advisors LLC.
Prior to founding Holt Capital in 2001, Mr. Holt was Principal at Luther King Capital Management which he joined in 1983.
Before that, he was an Assistant Vice President - Securities at American Founders Life Insurance Company since 1978.
Mr. Holt is Chairman of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth, Endowment and Investment Committees, Member of the Advisory Committee of The MBA Investment Fund LLC at the University of Texas at Austin and a Member of Louisiana Tech University, College of Business Advisory Board.
He was President of the Breakfast Club of Fort Worth.
He was also a Director of Central Bank & Trust, Member of Wells Fargo Bank Community Advisory Board and a Trustee of the Hill School of Fort Worth.
Mr. Holt received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University with a major in Finance and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Finance.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Member of the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth.
