PGIM Ltd. is the Great Britain-based investment management subsidiary of PGIM Financial Ltd., ultimately held by Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) in the US. Formerly known as Pramerica Investment Management Ltd., the firm was founded in 1999 and changed their name to PGIM in 2016. PGIM is headquartered in London and offers a range of fixed income strategies and products to a variety of affiliated and unaffiliated global institutional clients.
