Regina Niles

Regina Niles is the Associate Director of Finance and Administration at Solve, responsible for managing overall administration including all finance, reporting, budget, human resources, IT, and operations.
She finds it very rewarding to be a part of an organization helping to build a movement addressing the biggest issues of our time.
Before joining Solve, Regina was the Assistant Director of Budgets and Finance at Harvard University, responsible for the comprehensive financial functions in the Office of Finance and Administration, providing expertise on strategic planning and analysis.
She was also responsible for verifying department compliance with government regulations and University policies with regards to the department’s financial operations.
In addition to her day-to-day, she also served as the program manager for the Year Up Internship Program as well as a Freshman Advisor.
Born and bred in Cambridge, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Regina achieved her degrees from Suffolk University, and completed the Harvard Administrative Fellowship Program.
