Rakel Óttarsdóttir

Rakel Óttarsdóttir is currently the Chief Digital Officer at Icelandair Group hf.
Prior to this, she worked as the Managing Director-Information Technology at Arion Banki HF from 2016 to 2019, and as Vice President at Össur hf.
In 2020, she became the Chief Information Officer at Alvotech hf, where she worked until 2022.
Ms. Óttarsdóttir holds an MBA from Duke University, which she received in 2002, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Iceland, which she received in 1997.
